Operations & Contracts Coordinator for the Missile Defense Department

About the Role

Malam, Missiles & Space Division, is looking for an Operations & Contracts Coordinator for the Missile Defense Directorate.

The role includes:

• Responsibility for quotations and contracts within the Missile Defense Directorate.

• Serving as the Directorate's central point of contact for operations and quotations, including submitting procurement requests, approving invoices, and managing customer orders.

• Responsibility for the Directorate's investment budget, procurement requests, inventory, and fixed assets.

• Leading cross-organizational processes while managing constraints and requirements.

• Providing cross-functional support to multiple disciplines within the Directorate and to additional stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering & Management – Mandatory

• At least 2 years of experience working as an engineer in a business organization – Mandatory

• Full proficiency in English, including speaking, writing, and reading – Mandatory

• Analytical thinking, proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and strong ability to analyze and distinguish between priorities.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Professional representation and experience working with key customers and suppliers.

• Experience working in a defense company – Advantage
