An experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional, and complex projects within financial institutions. Specializes in managing technically driven projects, digital transformation initiatives, and technological innovation. Possesses strong technical capabilities, deep business understanding, and the ability to bridge business needs with advanced technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional projects across the organization.

• Collaborate with technology and business units to ensure successful project delivery.

• Translate business requirements into high-level technical specifications and solution designs.

• Work closely with vendors, global teams, architects, and development teams in both Cloud and On-Premises environments.

• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, risk management strategies, and success metrics for large-scale initiatives.

• Lead steering committees and coordinate with senior management and executive stakeholders.

• Drive strategic initiatives and ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing cross-organizational projects involving both business and technology teams.

• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Experience working with vendors, global teams, and software development teams.

• Experience managing projects in Cloud and On-Premises environments.

• Strong project planning, budgeting, risk management, scheduling, and governance skills.

• Experience presenting to and working with senior leadership and steering committees.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering and Management (Information Systems specialization), or a related field from a recognized institution.

• Advanced coursework or certifications in Information Systems is an advantage.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale projects in a financial institution or technology organization.

• Strong technical background with the ability to work effectively with Solution Architects, Data Scientists, and Software Development teams.

• Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.

• Proven experience managing AI, Data, or Advanced Analytics projects.
