Senior Storage & Backup Infrastructure Engineer (5489)

A leading company is looking for an experienced Senior Storage & Backup Infrastructure Engineer to join its Infrastructure Operations team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize enterprise storage and backup infrastructure.

• Configure, upgrade, and support storage and backup platforms.

• Handle capacity planning, performance tuning, and production troubleshooting.

• Design and maintain backup, recovery, and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions.

• Automate operational processes using scripting tools.

• Collaborate with cross-functional infrastructure and security teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise storage and backup environments.

• Experience with one or more of the following:

• NetApp ONTAP

• Infinidat

• Dell EMC Data Domain

• Dell NetWorker

• Strong Linux/Unix experience.

• Production troubleshooting experience.

• Scripting skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell, or Ansible).

Nice to Have

• VMware / vSphere

• SAN technologies (Brocade, Cisco)

• Azure and/or AWS

• NetApp technologies (SnapMirror, MetroCluster, SVM-DR)

• Relevant vendor certifications
