Chief Customer Officer (CCO) & Co-Founder – MyTruck AI (Equity-Based, No Salary Initially)

MyTruck AI is scaling fast. We've completed market validation, secured strategic partnerships, and our apps are live. Now we're looking for a Chief Customer Officer & Co-Founder to own the entire customer journey and drive our growth — starting on the ground, with in-person meetings across both sides of the marketplace: truck and heavy equipment owners, and the businesses that book them.

What You'll Do

• Lead customer acquisition, sales, and business development

• Own onboarding, support, and retention for our full customer base — owners, drivers, requesters, and enterprise clients

• Build and scale the customer success function from scratch

• Define go-to-market strategy in Israel and globally

• Represent MyTruck AI to partners, investors, and industry leaders

We're Looking For Someone With

• Proven sales experience in the logistics or transportation industry, plus a background in customer success or BD

• Comfortable doing hands-on field work and in-person meetings, especially during this early growth stage

• Strong people skills and ability to build long-term relationships

• Entrepreneurial drive and ownership mindset

• Passion for logistics, mobility, or transportation tech
