Automation Engineer

A leading defense company is seeking an Automation & Integration Test Specialist specializing in RF systems. This role combines software automation development (Python) with hands-on verification and calibration of advanced RF test equipment (צב"ד). The position involves working in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders, including R&D teams and end-users across southern sites.

Requirements

• :Experience: 1+ years of experience in QA/Integration/Automation testing – Must

• .Education: B.Sc. or Practical Engineering degree in Computer Science, Software, Electronics, or related fields – Must

• .Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with RF test equipment / complex hardware systems – Must

• .Programming: Proficiency in Python or other development languages – Significant Advantage

• .Key Traits: Strong self-learning skills (utilization of AI tools is a plus) and excellent communication skills for client-facing tasks

• .Additional: Willingness for a full-time, non-hybrid role in Beer Sheva and ability to pass a security clearance process – Must
