Procurement Business Partner

We're looking for a Procurement Business Partner with global experience for both a strategic and a tactical role, focusing on MKT, HR and G&A .

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for MKT, HR, G&A.

• Build and maintain long term relationships with vendors and monitor vendor’s performance

• Conduct sourcing projects and provide category intelligence and benchmarks

• Handle vendor’s contracts and negotiating terms

• Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders

• Identify and initiate new cost reduction initiatives to achieve company goals

• Track and control purchase orders and lead streamlining processes

Requirements:

• 4+ years experience as a hands-on buyer from a global tech company

• Experience in MKT, HR, G&A, Operations.

• Proven ability to source and negotiate with vendors in Israel, US, EMEA & APAC.

• Strong negotiations skills and contractual knowledge to review, lead and manage procurement contracts

• Proven track record of executing cost reduction initiatives

• Work experience with a procurement-management system (P2P) - a must (Priority - an advantage)

• Fluent written and spoken English

• Great presentation and Excel skills

• Ability to combine independent work with teamwork

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
