Someone curious, hands-on, eager to learn, and excited about turning data into real business impact.

🔑 Develop BI solutions for a variety of customers and business needs

🔑 Work with modern data platforms, reports, dashboards, and AI tools

🔑 Build and maintain reports, dashboards, data models, and business-oriented data solutions

🔑 Collaborate directly with customers, analysts, and development teams to deliver high-value solutions

🔑 Take part in end-to-end BI processes, from understanding business needs to delivering practical data solutions

🔑 Explore and adopt new AI capabilities and technologies as part of ongoing innovation

Job Requirements

🔍 1 year of experience in BI development / data analysis, with a strong understanding of BI concepts

🔍 Experience with BI tools — Power BI is a strong advantage

🔍 Strong SQL skills

🔍 Familiarity with ETL processes, data modeling, and databases — advantage

🔍 Python knowledge — advantage

🔍 Familiarity with AI tools and AI-assisted development — ChatGPT / Claude / etc.

🔍 Strong problem-solving and self-learning abilities

🔍 Curiosity, ownership, and a hands-on approach

🔍 Team player with strong communication skills

🔍 High service orientation and ability to work directly with customers

🔍 Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in parallel

🔍 Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

🔍 Experience as a BI Analyst / Business Analyst / Economist — advantage

🔍 Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric — advantage

🔍 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Economics / Information Systems / Computer Science or a relevant BI course
