Technical Trainer

COMBLACK is hiring an Information Systems Trainer!

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and hands-on training sessions for end users

• Support the implementation and adoption of new information systems

• Develop training materials, including presentations, user guides, e-learning content, and instructional videos

• Gather, analyze, and define training needs across different departments

• Provide ongoing support to users throughout system implementation and transition processes

• Work closely with organizational stakeholders to ensure effective user adoption

What are we looking for?

• At least 2 years of experience in information systems training, gained in a military and/or civilian environment

• Hands-on experience delivering classroom training and supporting at least one information systems implementation project

• Experience developing a variety of training materials

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A service-oriented approach and the ability to work directly with end users

• Ability to analyze and define training needs with different stakeholders across the organization
