Verification and Validation Engineer

Operating internationally, the company maintains a key engineering and R&D facility in Israel.

Located in central Israel (walking distance from major train stations), operating on a hybrid work model with 1 day WFH per week.

Role Description-

• Establishing and leading the Verification & Validation (V&V) domain, including building and managing a high-performing validation engineering team.

• Owning the end-to-end testing methodologies, test architecture, and quality standards for cutting-edge optical communication products across the entire product lifecycle.

• Driving hands-on hardware validation, system bring-up, and performance verification for high-speed hardware and optical systems.

• Ensuring optimal product reliability, compliance, signal integrity, and throughput within Data Center and high-speed network environments.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Optical Engineering, or a related technological field – Mandatory

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Hardware, System, or Product Validation – Mandatory

• 3+ years of direct technical leadership, engineering team management, or technical project leadership experience – Mandatory

• Proven experience in validating high-speed communication products, optical communication technologies, or Data Center systems – Mandatory

• Hands-on experience with Board Bring-up, test bench setups, and lab measurement equipment – Mandatory

• Background in optical hardware architectures, signal integrity, or silicon photonics – Advantage
