APAC Program Manager

📍 About the Role As APAC Program Manager at MVG Israel, you will lead a portfolio of complex, largescale engineering programs delivering state-of-the-art wireless device test and calibration facilities for global defense and space customers. This role is ideal for an experienced technical project manager who thrives in multidisciplinary environments, can drive turnkey solutions from purchase order through installation, and confidently manages international customers across APAC and EMEA.

🚀 Responsibilities:

• - Lead end-to-end project execution for multiple complex programs, including SRR, PDR, CDR, FDR, FAT, and on-site installation milestones.

• - Develop detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, schedules, and execution roadmaps from customer purchase orders and technical specifications.

• - Manage global customer communication, expectations, and satisfaction across different cultures, remote sites, and time zones.

• - Collaborate with Systems, RF, Electrical, Mechanical, and Software Engineering teams to ensure design alignment, integration, and successful delivery.

• - Oversee program budgets, costing, ECAC management, and profitability tracking throughout the project lifecycle.

• - Drive proactive risk assessments to identify and resolve technical, schedule, and supply chain bottlenecks.

• - Ensure on-site installation and commissioning activities deliver turnkey systems that meet rigorous performance specifications.

✅ Requirements:

• - B.Sc. in Engineering is required.

• - Over 3 years of project management experience in large-scale, multidisciplinary engineering projects.

• - Proven experience working with global customers and remote sites.

• - Broad technical understanding across engineering disciplines, with the ability to connect technical milestones to business and financial outcomes.

• - Strong communication, customer orientation, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence without direct authority in a matrix environment.

• - Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

• - Proficient English level and willingness to travel across APAC and EMEA to support project milestones and customer relations.

🌟 Nice to Have:

• - PMP certification.

• - Experience in System Engineering.

• - Experience delivering turnkey systems for defense, space, RF, antenna measurement, RCS, EMC, or wireless device test environments.

• - Strong cross-cultural communication skills gained through APAC and EMEA customerfacing work.
