Role Description The Field Application Specialist role is a full-time hybrid position based in Givatayim, with the flexibility to work from home part of the time. In this role, the specialist will support customers in implementing and optimizing Orcanos’ ALM and eQMS solutions, including requirements management, design controls, and quality processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing customer workflows, configuring the platform to meet regulatory and operational needs, providing technical demonstrations and training, and troubleshooting application issues. The specialist will collaborate closely with the product, support, and sales teams to translate customer feedback into improvements and ensure successful onboarding and ongoing usage. This role also involves preparing documentation and best practices to help customers achieve efficient, compliant design and quality management.

Qualifications

• Candidates possessing strong Laboratory Skills and hands-on experience working in regulated or research environments are at an advantage.

• Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting abilities, including diagnosing technical issues and resolving application or workflow problems.

• Candidates should possess Research skills, with the ability to gather requirements, analyze data, and translate findings into practical solutions.

• Candidates possessing foundational knowledge in BioMedical Engineering, with the ability to understand relevant workflows and compliance needs, are at an advantage.

• Experience working with quality management systems, design controls, or regulatory compliance in medical device, pharmaceutical, or related industries is beneficial.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders, are required.

• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Givatayim, manage multiple customer projects, and collaborate across cross-functional teams is essential.

• A relevant academic background (e.g., life sciences, biomedical engineering, quality or regulatory fields) and proficiency with cloud-based software platforms are advantageous.
