Mertens Malam Team is hiring a Product Manager to join a leading organization in Gush Dan

This is a great opportunity to lead digital products from concept to launch work with cross functional teams and drive innovation in the insurance and financial sector

Responsibilities

Lead digital products end to end from ideation to delivery

Gather and define business requirements create product roadmaps and MVPs

Prioritize development backlogs and manage sprint planning

Own the user experience while ensuring compliance and business objectives

Analyze product performance identify improvement opportunities and optimize results

Train and support service and sales teams on product capabilities

Manage user issues and collaborate with business technology and external partners

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience managing digital products or projects in the insurance or financial industry

Experience with JIRA Figma Google Analytics Glassbox and similar analytics tools

Understanding of software development processes

Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills

High attention to detail with excellent prioritization and time management abilities

Strong customer service mindset
