Digital Development Team Lead

Pama is seeking a Digital Development Team Lead to join our Information Systems Department.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the company's digital systems development, managing development tasks, and driving end-to-end technology projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of software developers.

• Drive and deliver projects using innovative technologies.

• Design and implement technology solutions that support business needs.

• Maintain and support existing systems.

• Lead the adoption of AI solutions across the organization and evaluate emerging technologies.

• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and business units across the organization.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of managerial experience.

• Hands-on experience and strong proficiency in relevant technologies, including Node.js, Python, React, Angular, and PostgreSQL.

• Hands-on experience working with AWS cloud services.

• Proven experience leading and delivering technology projects.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage team members.
