About This Role

We're looking for a passionate AI Engineer to join our internal AI enablement team. Our mission is to develop agentic systems and solutions that improve efficiency and unlock new business opportunities across the organization.

This role requires strong full-stack skills combined with experience integrating GenAI/LLM solutions.

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of full-stack engineering experience (comfortable with both frontend and backend).

• Strong architectural vision and understanding of the complete software development lifecycle: able to design systems from concept to production.

• Proficiency with TypeScript and Node.js - MUST HAVE.

• Hands-on experience with GenAI/LLM frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, OpenAI SDK, Anthropic SDK, etc.

• Previous experience with AI agents, AI assistants, RAG, or other GenAI/LLM integrations.

• Daily use of AI code generation tools such as Cursor or Claude Code.

• Strong "can do" mindset - eager to learn and embrace challenges.

Bonus Points

• Working with GenAI/LLM systems in your current role.

• Solid understanding of Docker and containerized development workflows.

• Experience with evaluation methods to measure and improve AI agent accuracy.

• Python experience - nice to have.

• Experience working in AWS, Azure, or similar cloud platforms.
