System & Information Security Specialist

A leading company is seeking a System & Information Security Specialist with strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, and cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, maintain, and optimize Microsoft 365 environments

• Manage On-Premises and Cloud infrastructures within Hybrid environments

• Lead end-to-end technology projects

• Implement and deploy advanced cybersecurity solutions

• Manage, secure, and harden Azure and Microsoft Security environments

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the organization

Mandatory Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience as a System Administrator in a medium-to-large organization

• Strong hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365, including: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business

Experience with:

• Microsoft Defender for Endpoint

• Microsoft Defender for Office 365

• Microsoft Defender for Identity

• Hands-on experience with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Conditional Access

• Experience implementing and managing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Microsoft Defender for Office 365 (MDO)

• Proven experience with Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, and Hybrid environments

• Strong knowledge of:

• Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), DNS, DHCP

• Windows Servers (2016–2022)

• Practical experience working with VMware and/or Hyper-V
