RMA Operations Manager

We are hiring an RMA Operations Manager for a global company located in northern Israel.

Responsibilities:

• Lead RMA and repair operations with manufacturing sites and global partners

• Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Logistics, Planning, and Finance teams

• Manage repair processes and drive continuous improvement

• Lead operational performance

• Manage capacity and inventory while ensuring quality, delivery, and efficiency targets are met

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience as a Production Project Manager, Supply Chain Manager, or RMA Manager

• Experience with Reverse Logistics processes and repair management

• Experience working with suppliers, manufacturing sites, and global stakeholders

• High level of English

• Experience with OEM Servers, PCBA, or SMT – advantage
