Key Responsibilities:

• Accountable for the overall modeling and technical success of their accounts.

• Modeling review and model integrity.

• Customer ML and platform training.

• Platform data connectivity .

• Data validation and understanding the data.

• Solving technical issues.

Typical Tasks:

• ML and Pecan platform demo, training, and education.

• Data walkthrough, feasibility validation, and EDA.

• ML Model reviews.

• Model performance validation and analysis.

• Modeling experiments.

• Predictions deployment: technical validation and implementation.

• Prediction production investigations.

• Support on technical issues.

• Answering technical inquiries.

Who You Are & What You Bring:

• 3-5 years of industry experience in customer-facing and analytics roles, with a preference for those with B2B/SaaS tech enablement backgrounds.

• 3+ years of experience working with SQL - MUST

• A strong passion for understanding customer needs and providing exceptional support, along with enthusiasm for training and empowering users to get the most out of our solutions.

• A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a passion and ability for building in a startup environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in parallel with multiple customers and prioritize tasks.

• Proven experience in problem-solving and delivering business insights.

• Strong business analytical skills.
