This role sits at the intersection of deep analytical work and broad, cross-functional projects. You will work with cutting-edge technologies and tackle complex technical challenges.

That said, this isn't just about high-level strategy. You will also handle meticulous, repetitive tasks, but we expect you to use your tech skills and AI expertise to automate them wherever possible.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Balance high-level analytical tasks with hands-on, execution-heavy projects.

• Utilize advanced GenAI models (like Claude, Gemini, etc.) to optimize workflows, find creative solutions, and build smart automations.

• Write scripts to streamline repetitive processes, manage data modifications, and eliminate manual bottlenecks.

• Deep dive into new systems, tools, and emerging technologies, quickly becoming the team's go-to expert.

• Handle documentation and manual number-crunching with high precision, while constantly looking for ways to improve the process.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?

• Previous experience in a global technical support and solution role in the AdTech industry

• Tech-Savvy & Adaptable: You are not a full-stack developer, but you are highly technical. You understand how systems talk to each other, and you love playing with new tech.

• Scripting Capabilities: Ability to write basic scripts to automate tasks.

• AI Enthusiast: You know how to prompt effectively, understand the capabilities of modern AI, and use it daily to boost your own productivity.

• Fast Self-Learner: You thrive when thrown into the deep end. You figure things out independently and love researching unsolved problems.

• Hungry & Resilient: You bring high energy and motivation. You don’t shy away from repetitive or tedious work; instead, you see it as a challenge to automate.

• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail, especially when dealing with data and documentation.
