Reports to: SOX Team Lead

Location: Afek Industrial Park, Rosh Ha'Ayin

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SOX Specialist to join our Global Finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring compliance with SOX regulations across our global operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, evaluate internal controls, mitigate financial risks, and help drive operational excellence.

What will you do?

• SOX Compliance Management: Assist in the planning, implementation, and execution of the company’s global SOX compliance program.

• Testing & Evaluation: Perform walkthroughs and testing of internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) to assess design and operating effectiveness.

• Deficiency Remediation: Identify control gaps or deficiencies, collaborate with process owners to design effective remediation plans, and track implementation.

• Audit Coordination: Act as a key point of contact for external auditors during SOX testing and annual audits to ensure smooth information flow and resolution of queries.

• Accounting Support: Work closely with the Finance team on an on-going financial operation.

Requirements:

What should you have?

• Education: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Must. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or a related field.

• Experience: 2 years of experience in SOX compliance, Internal Audit or Public Accounting background. Big 4 experience is a significant advantage.

• Knowledge: Deep understanding of US GAAP, SOX 404 requirements, and the COSO framework.

• Soft Skills: High attention to detail, and a proactive "can-do" approach to problem-solving.

• Languages: High-level written and spoken English - required for working in a global environment.
