LLM Engineer (AI)

Recognized as one of the most promising AI startups, the platform enables global employers to manage, structure, and automate equity distribution in just a few clicks while processing complex financial and legal documents in real time.

Founded by veteran entrepreneurs from top tech companies and elite military units, the company has secured tens of millions of dollars across Seed and Series A funding rounds from leading venture capital funds and top angel investors.

Located in Tel Aviv right on the train line, operating primarily in-office with flexibility for 1 day WFH per week. They currently employ dozens of professionals and serve clients across Israel and the US.

Role Description-

• Joining a core engineering squad within the CTO group, driving the development and integration of AI solutions into the core product architecture.

• Building autonomous AI Agents, Agentic Workflows, and Compliance Decision Engines focused on complex Legal and Fintech domains.

• Developing production-grade Backend services in Python and engineering scalable Data Pipelines from end to end.

• Implementing Document Automation and Customer-Facing Agents utilizing LLMs, LangGraph, LangChain, RAG, and Vector Databases.

• Taking full ownership of features from research and scoping to production deployment, optimizing for accuracy, latency, scalability, and cost efficiency.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in a scientific/STEM field OR background from an elite military technological unit – Mandatory

• 6+ years of hands-on software development experience – Mandatory

• Strong proficiency and production experience with Python – Mandatory

• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI in production, LLM agents integration, LangGraph, LangChain, or RAG architectures – Mandatory
