Job Description

Build DPS’ innovation engine in Tel Aviv and globally, turning emerging technologies into validated opportunities, scalable solutions, and measurable business impact.

As Head of Innovation, you will identify emerging opportunities, challenge conventional thinking, and turn wild ideas into validated scalable business value. You will lead the DPS innovation engine, connecting technology, business, customers, startups, partners, and internal teams to create the next generation of AI-enabled, cyber-secure, and scalable digital solutions.

This role is for builders, challengers, explorers, and doers who can move from insight to action with speed and curiosity.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale innovation programs, PoCs, and MVPs.

• Lead cross-functional Tiger Teams.

• Build new capabilities, market shifts, and growth opportunities.

• Co-create innovation opportunities with customers and SaCoN while ensuring T&I provides the technology foundation, architecture guidance, and execution support needed to scale beyond pilots.

• Turn ideas into validated business opportunities and real innovation programs.

• Coordinate the Israel Innovation Pilot Hub, accelerating Siemens Energy’s next generation of AI, robotics, cybersecurity, and autonomous operations initiatives.

• Accelerate the journey from idea to business impact.

• Foster a culture of curiosity, ownership, and execution.
