Talent Acquisition Associate

Moon Active is one of the world's fastest-growing mobile game companies, providing entertainment for millions of active users across the universe. The company is headquartered in the heart of Tel Aviv.

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our growing recruitment team.

In this role, you'll take a meaningful part of the hiring process, source for new candidates, and ensure all candidates have an excellent experience.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily interaction with candidates for Moon Active’s positions

• Conduct in-depth phone & Zoom interviews with candidates

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting targets

• Daily interaction with Hiring Managers & Talent Acquisition team to ensure a smooth process.

• Be responsible for screening resumes and managing our database.

• Engage passive candidates using different channels and tools.

• Proactive approach, initiative and patience while working under pressure

Requirements:

• Passion for recruitment

• BSc in Behavioral Sciences or equivalent

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English

• Proactive approach, initiative and patience while working under pressure

• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment - Advantage
