We're Hiring: AI Project Manager

Are you passionate about turning AI into real business impact?

We are looking for an AI Project Manager to drive AI initiatives across the organization, leading projects from idea to implementation while helping teams adopt AI solutions that improve productivity and business processes.

What you'll do:

🔹 Lead end-to-end AI initiatives, from identifying opportunities to successful adoption.

🔹 Define and prioritize high-value AI use cases with business stakeholders.

🔹 Design and implement AI-powered workflows and AI agents.

🔹 Develop AI and automation solutions using Low-Code platforms and enterprise tools.

🔹 Collaborate closely with the AI Center of Excellence

🔹 Drive organizational change by enabling teams to integrate AI into their daily work.

What we're looking for:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience leading digital or technology projects.

- Hands-on experience developing or implementing AI and automation solutions.

- Experience working with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, AI Agents, RAG, LLM.

- Understanding of APIs, integrations, and basic coding.

- Strong product mindset with the ability to translate business needs into practical AI solutions.

- Experience working with business users and leading change initiatives.
