This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to work with advanced networking and telephony infrastructures while playing a key role in maintaining and optimizing critical communication systems.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, maintain, and operate LAN/WAN communication networks

Support and administer advanced telephony systems, including CTI and IVR

Troubleshoot and resolve complex network and communication issues

Perform infrastructure upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing optimization

Provide professional technical support and ensure service continuity

Work independently while maintaining a broad system-level perspective

Guide and support junior service and technical support teams

Requirements

4+ years of experience in network administration – mandatory

Hands-on experience with backbone infrastructure and network switches

Experience working with IPVPN networks, transmission lines, and Metro networks

Strong knowledge of networking protocols

Experience with information security technologies, including Firewalls, Gateways, NAC, XDR, WAF, and MDM solutions
