Role Description The Accessory Designer will create and develop accessories that complement Shani Shemer swimwear collections, including items such as jewelry, bags, and cover-up details. This full-time, on-site role is based in Tel Aviv-Yafo and involves working closely with the design, product development, and merchandising teams to translate brand concepts into market-ready products. Day-to-day responsibilities include sketching designs, selecting materials, preparing technical specifications, and collaborating with manufacturers to ensure quality and feasibility. The designer will research trends, colors, and materials relevant to beachwear accessories, participate in collection planning, and support fittings and revisions. The role also includes maintaining organized design documentation and contributing to a consistent, cohesive brand aesthetic across all accessory lines.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Accessory Design and Jewelry Design, with a portfolio demonstrating fashion-forward, commercially viable concepts.

• Experience in Product Design and Product Development, including translating sketches into prototypes and production-ready specifications.

• Ability to conduct design-focused Research on trends, materials, and consumer preferences within fashion and swimwear accessories.

• Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar CAD software) and hand-sketching techniques.

• Understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and quality standards for fashion accessories.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively on-site in a cross-functional team.

• Relevant education in Fashion Design, Accessory Design, Industrial Design, or a related field preferred.

• Experience in swimwear, resort wear, or fashion retail environments is an advantage.
