Ad Sales Manager (Ad-Network / Affiliate / Mobile In-App)

Adstory is a mobile performance marketing agency focused on high-quality user acquisition and measurable ROI. We work with leading mobile apps, brands, and agencies across multiple geographies, and we're looking for a sales-driven professional who can help us expand our advertiser portfolio.

What you'll do

• Identify, approach, and onboard direct advertisers, agencies, and app developers.

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.

• Drive revenue growth by securing CPI, CPA, CPL, and other performance marketing campaigns.

• Develop long-term relationships with advertisers and agency partners.

• Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value performance marketing deals.

• Collaborate with the account management team to ensure smooth campaign launches and client success.

• Represent Adstory at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

What we're looking for

• 5-10 years of experience in ad sales, business development, affiliate marketing, or performance marketing.

• Existing relationships with mobile advertisers, agencies, media buyers, or app developers are highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of performance marketing models such as CPI, CPA, CPL, and CPS.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Fluent English communication skills.
