Salesforce Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to join a leading organization.

In this role, you will lead end-to-end Salesforce projects, from initial initiation to successful go-live, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle Salesforce projects implementations from inception to production.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.

• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Provide matrix management for developers, QA, implementation teams, etc.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing Salesforce projects- Must

• Strong experience in writing functional and technical specifications- Must

• In-depth knowledge of core Salesforce modules

• Proven experience in matrix management of development, QA, and configuration teams.

• Hands-on experience in building work plans, managing project schedules, budgets, and risk assessment.
