Night Technical Support

We’re looking for a Night Technical Support Representative to join a growing restaurant-tech SaaS company. The role is mainly between 2:00 AM–8:00 AM, including some weekends, and involves supporting customers, troubleshooting POS systems, printers, payments, and network issues, following clear procedures, and escalating to the development team when needed. This is a great fit for Computer Science / Information Systems students, Help Desk or NOC professionals, or technically minded and responsible people looking for flexible part-time work and exposure to the SaaS and startup world.
