Investment Systems Manager -50048402

Managing a technology department responsible for core systems in the investment sector, while providing professional, managerial and operational leadership of complex technological solutions in a multi-interface financial environment.

The role combines senior management responsibility alongside significant hands-on experience, with deep involvement in architecture, processes, integrations, ongoing operations and complex troubleshooting.

What you’ll do?

• Full responsibility for tradable and non-tradable investment systems, trading interfaces, APIs and Back Office and operational processes.

• Manage and lead team leaders and professional employees in the investment systems sector Planning and execution of an annual work plan including close budgetary management and control

• Lead, plan, expand and implement end-to-end technological solutions based on existing off-the-shelf products: characterization, architecture, development, integration and implementation.

• Responsibility for availability, stability and ongoing operation of production systems.

• Actually writing characterization documents, technological documents and planning operational portfolios.

• Effective and close interface management with the business client: investment, accounting, operations and risk managers

• Management of technological suppliers and motivating internal and external factors to meet goals

What are we looking for?

• At least 10 years of experience in the field of financial information systems / investment systems.

• Management experience in leading professional teams

• Previous experience in software development / systems analysis

• Deep understanding of system architecture, integrations and APIs.

• High hands-on ability and access to technological and operational depth

• Experience working with suppliers and leading complex projects.

• Business and operational understanding in the world of investments

Full-time, Sunday-Thursday, 9 hours per day, hybrid
