IT Infrastructure Manager | Hands-on

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the organization's IT infrastructure and core enterprise systems.

• Take full ownership of IT operations, ensuring system availability, stability, and performance.

• Provide hands-on troubleshooting and resolution of complex infrastructure issues.

• Design, implement, and upgrade IT infrastructure, servers, networks, and enterprise technologies.

• Lead infrastructure and technology projects from planning through implementation.

• Support multiple company offices through on-site installations, maintenance, and technical guidance.

• Manage Microsoft infrastructure, virtualization, storage, backup, networking, and endpoint environments.

• Administer network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, and security technologies.

• Work closely with external vendors and third-party service providers.

• Implement and maintain operational cybersecurity controls in collaboration with an external CISO.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar Hands-on IT Infrastructure - Must

• Strong experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure independently - Must

• Proven experience with Data Centers and Server Rooms - Must

• Hands-on experience with Windows Servers, virtualization platforms, storage solutions, backup systems, and endpoint management - Must

• Strong networking experience including Switches, Firewalls, and enterprise networking - Must

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online - Must

• Experience with operational cybersecurity technologies including EDR/XDR, Firewalls, Network Segmentation, monitoring, and log analysis - Must

• Experience leading infrastructure projects and implementing new technologies - Must

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Must

• High level of customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills - Must

• Ability to work under pressure and respond to critical incidents when required - Must

• Valid driver's license
