Production Planning & Control (PPC) Specialist

Techmer, a subsidiary of MER Group, is seeking an experienced Production Planning & Control (PPC) Specialist to join our team. Techmer is a leading defense company specializing in the development and manufacturing of advanced communication and security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute customer orders by creating production work orders and purchase requisitions

• Manage material shortages and prioritize production activities

• Coordinate between Production, Procurement, and Warehouse teams

• Improve workflow efficiency and operational processes

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Production Planning & Control / Production Planning

• Experience working with ERP systems (Priority ERP – an advantage)

• Strong Excel skills

• Good understanding of logistics and operational processes

Advantages

• Experience working with MRP systems

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and PLM systems

• Experience in project-based High-Mix Low-Volume (HMLV) manufacturing environments

• Technical or engineering background
