Aerodynamics Engineer

We are looking for

For the Flight Sciences domain at our company site in Modiin, we are looking for an Aerodynamics Engineer for the development of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs)

The role spans from early-stage design through wind tunnel and flight test support

In this role you will

Develop and analyze aerodynamic configurations of aerial platforms according to operational requirements

Perform Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analyses and integrate the results into the development process

Participate in preliminary design activities, architecture definition, and feasibility assessments

Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams and lead complex technical interfaces

Integrate AI tools and advanced technologies to improve and accelerate development and analysis processes

Requirements

B.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering

At least 2 years of hands-on experience in aerodynamics and/or flight mechanics

Strong background in applied and computational aerodynamics and fluid mechanics

Experience in aerodynamic design of aerial vehicles (airfoils, wings, control surfaces, etc.)

Ability to lead tasks end-to-end, work independently, and take initiative in solving complex engineering problems

High level verbal and presentation skills in both Hebrew and English

Experience with aerodynamic modeling and CFD tools - Advantage

Experience in preliminary design and aircraft performance calculations - Advantage

Experience working in AI environments, including development and adaptation of engineering tools - Advantage
