AI Creative Producer - Video (Student Part-Time)

Description

We're looking for an AI Creative Producer to build short, emotionally precise video content entirely with AI tools — no cameras, no crews, just an open mind and instinct. You'll take a scene idea from concept to finished cut, and make it feel real. Accuracy isn't a nice-to-have here. It's the whole job.

Responsibilities

• Create precise, emotionally accurate video content using AI tools (Kling, Higgsfield, Magnific and similar) for a diagnostic product built for real clinical use

• Turn a scene concept into a finished video moment — you own the "how," not just the execution

• Edit and refine AI-generated footage into clean, polished, ready-to-use final cuts

• Continuously test new AI platforms, prompting techniques, and workflows to improve both quality and speed

• Iterate fast and chase the details — "good enough" isn't the bar.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with AI-driven video tools (Kling, Higgsfield, Magnific etc.)

• Strong creative instinct for tone, pacing, and performance — you know when something feels right

• Comfortable working fast, experimenting boldly, and figuring things out independently

• Detail-oriented enough to catch what everyone else would miss

• Fluent in Hebrew and English.
