We’re Hiring: AI Development Team Lead

We’re looking for a talented AI Development Team Lead to lead our organization’s AI domain and drive the development of advanced, enterprise-scale AI solutions.

This is a key leadership role combining people management, technological leadership, architecture, and hands-on AI expertise, with responsibility for strategic projects from initial design through production.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and mentor a team of AI developers, driving technical excellence

• Design architectures for enterprise-scale AI and Generative AI solutions

• Lead the development of AI Agents, RAG solutions, and intelligent automation

• Collaborate with Business, IT, Data, Information Security, and Infrastructure teams

• Establish development standards, conduct Code Reviews, and implement Best Practices

• Ensure the quality, performance, security, and scalability of AI solutions

• Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies

• Drive innovation and continuously develop the team’s technical capabilities

What we’re looking for:

✓ 5+ years of software development experience

✓ 3+ years of experience managing development teams

✓ 2+ years of proven experience developing AI and Generative AI solutions in Production

✓ Strong Python skills and Backend development experience

✓ Experience with LLMs and platforms such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, or AWS Bedrock

✓ Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks

✓ Hands-on experience with AI Agents, MCP, RAG, Prompt Engineering, Function Calling, and Agentic Workflows

✓ Experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, or pgvector

✓ Experience with Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD

✓ Experience working with AWS, Azure, or GCP

✓ Strong technological leadership, system thinking, and architectural capabilities

A significant advantage: Experience building enterprise AI platforms, AI Governance and Responsible AI, MLOps, Data Engineering, Data Governance, Enterprise integrations, and working in large-scale or regulated environments.
