Mertens – MalamTeam is hiring an experienced AI & Digital Project Manager for a large organization in Jerusalem

The role includes leading end-to-end technology projects focused on the development and implementation of digital solutions based on AI, AI Agents, and LLMs

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technology projects from requirements definition through implementation and launch

Drive the development and implementation of AI-based digital solutions, AI Agents, and LLMs

Define project needs and build detailed work plans

Manage development processes, integrations, budgets, timelines, and risks

Work closely with government ministries, vendors, and professional teams

Lead projects through implementation and launch and measure their success

Requirements

At least 4 years of experience managing IT and technology projects

Experience leading complex projects involving AI, AI Agents, LLMs, GenAI solutions, or innovative digital platforms in multi-interface environments

Experience managing and leading Delivery teams and multidisciplinary projects, including collaboration with development, infrastructure, architecture, and information security teams

Strong technological orientation and experience leading system integrations, evaluating solution alternatives, and managing complex technological interfaces

Experience managing work plans, budgets, timelines, risks, and performance monitoring for complex projects

Experience managing vendors and engagements and coordinating integration across multiple vendors and professional stakeholders simultaneously
