AI-Driven QA Automation Lead

We are hiring an AI-Driven QA Automation Lead for a financial organization in the Shfela area, focusing on QA and automation for mobile applications and advanced automation infrastructure

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead QA and automation activities for mobile applications in large-scale environments

• Design and implement automation infrastructures using Cucumber and Gherkin

• Drive testing processes and provide technical direction across multidisciplinary teams

• Develop and maintain mobile automation solutions using Appium or Detox

• Manage quality metrics and support testing activities in React Native environments

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience in manual and automated QA within large organizations and mobile applications

• 1+ year of experience in a leadership role such as QA Team Lead, Development Team Lead, or Tech Lead

• 2+ years of experience designing and implementing automation infrastructures with Cucumber and Gherkin

• 2+ years of experience in mobile automation using Appium or Detox

• 2+ years of experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Java, including experience working with React Native
