AI Engineer

A company in the field of AI-driven cybersecurity is hiring an AI Engineer in Tel Aviv. Build reliable AI agents for real security workflows and own production software from prototype to deployment. This is a full-time, on-site role working closely with founders, AI researchers and security specialists.

What You Will Do

• Build agent execution systems and integrations with security tools and target environments.

• Create evaluation and monitoring tools to measure behavior, investigate failures and improve results.

• Develop backend services, APIs, data pipelines and internal tooling.

• Debug across the stack and improve reliability, latency and cost.

• Make practical architecture decisions and own systems in production.

What You Bring

• Hands-on cybersecurity experience and strong software engineering fundamentals.

• Experience shipping AI-powered software, such as agents, LLM integrations, inference systems or evaluation infrastructure, beyond a demo.

• End-to-end ownership of production software, including deployment and debugging.

• Sound judgment on speed, reliability, maintainability and cost.

• Initiative, clear priorities and concise communication.

Startup experience, depth in backend or systems engineering, and substantial independent or open-source projects are advantages. Expect broad product ownership, room to grow and occasional deadline-driven pushes.
