AI Enterprise Platform Engineer | Haifa

A leading defense company in the Haifa area is looking for an experienced AI Enterprise Platform Engineer to join a highly impactful role focused on designing, developing, and deploying Generative AI solutions and enterprise-scale AI infrastructure.

About the Role

As an AI Enterprise Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining an Enterprise AI Platform that enables the secure, efficient, and scalable adoption of AI capabilities across the organization.

You will:

• Design and develop infrastructure, frameworks, and services for enterprise AI solutions

• Develop AI Agents and Multi-Agent Systems

• Build orchestration workflows and integration layers

• Design and implement Generative AI and RAG solutions

• Work with MCP and emerging technologies in the Agentic AI ecosystem

• Lead end-to-end technical projects, from requirements analysis and architecture through development and production deployment

• Work across Azure and On-Prem environments

• Define technical plans, milestones, timelines, and drive successful delivery

• Collaborate closely with technology teams and multiple stakeholders across the organization

• Evaluate and adopt emerging GenAI technologies and capabilities

What We're Looking For

Must Have:

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience developing and delivering production-grade systems

• Strong hands-on Python development experience

• Strong experience working in Linux environments

• Experience with Microsoft Azure and familiarity with On-Prem infrastructure

• Proven experience in technical leadership / Lead Engineer responsibilities, including planning, milestones, and delivery

• Significant hands-on experience with Generative AI

• Experience working with LLMs

• Hands-on experience developing AI Agents / Multi-Agent Systems

• Experience designing and implementing RAG solutions

• Experience with or strong familiarity with MCP and Agent Orchestration

Significant Advantage:

Hands-on experience with Microsoft's GenAI ecosystem, including:

• Microsoft Foundry

• Microsoft 365 Copilot

• Microsoft Copilot Studio
