AI Lead

🚀 BDO is building an AI team — and we’re hiring an AI Lead!

You’ll build real AI solutions and intelligent agents that are used daily by hundreds of professionals across the firm.

What you’ll do:

• Build LLM-based AI agents, automations & solutions

• Integrate with Microsoft 365, CRM and business systems

• Work with Prompt Engineering, RAG pipelines and AI APIs

• Turn business needs into working POCs and production solutions

• Work directly with accountants, consultants and tax professionals

• Monitor, improve and maintain AI solutions in production

What we’re looking for:

• Hands-on experience building with LLMs — professional, academic or personal projects

• Strong Python and/or TypeScript skills

• Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic or Azure OpenAI APIs

• Understanding of Prompt Engineering and RAG

• Experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor or Windsurf

• High-level Hebrew & English

Bonus: Microsoft 365, Azure, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, n8n/Make/Power Automate, LangChain/LangGraph, or experience in accounting, tax, audit or consulting.
