About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced AI Ops Engineer for a hands-on role combining Cloud, DevOps, Development, and AI Infrastructure in a complex Enterprise environment.

You’ll be responsible for operating, maintaining, and managing cloud-based AI infrastructure, supporting AI models that serve various applications, and helping teams implement AI solutions according to organizational architecture and standards.

This is not an Architect role – the focus is on implementing, operating, and maintaining the architecture in practice.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and maintain enterprise AI infrastructure in the Cloud

• Implement Cloud and AI architecture across organizational environments

• Support AI models and services used by different applications

• Guide teams in implementing AI solutions according to organizational standards

• Work hands-on with Kubernetes, including Microservices, Deployments, Operators, YAML, and Helm Charts

• Build and maintain CI/CD Pipelines

• Work with Git, GitHub, and ArgoCD

• Collaborate with Architects and cross-functional technology teams

What We’re Looking For

• 5–10 years of experience across Development, DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure

• Significant hands-on experience with Azure Cloud – must

• Deep understanding of Cloud architecture and its practical implementation, including Networking and Security

• Software Development background, preferably with Python, PowerShell, and Terraform

• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes

• Experience with Linux

• Experience building CI/CD Pipelines, preferably with Azure DevOps

• Experience with Git, GitHub, and ArgoCD

• Strong DevOps orientation combining Development and Operations

Strong Advantages

• Experience with Azure AI Foundry and deploying AI models in the Cloud

• Experience with Elasticsearch

Important to Know

• The role includes one on-call week per month, with availability for urgent incidents when required
