AI Platform Engineering Manager

Role Description-

• Serving as an AI Platform & Infrastructure Team Lead, reporting directly to the R&D Director and leading a focused engineering team of 2 developers with a heavy Hands-on (70–80%) architectural and technical focus.

• Spearheading the design, architecture, and deployment of the company's next-generation AI Platform and Agentic Development ecosystems.

• Architecting and building autonomous AI Agents, Skills, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations to automate complex threat-analysis workflows.

• Elevating internal Developer Experience (DevX), system performance, deployment velocity, and core platform reliability across distributed engineering environments.

• Designing and maintaining resilient, scalable cloud-native backend services operating under High Scale and ultra-Low Latency enterprise demands.

• Providing direct mentorship, code reviews, and career growth for team members while shaping the platform's long-term technical roadmap.

Requirements-

• Proven hands-on track record in Backend Software Engineering and Distributed Platform Architecture (language-agnostic; strong preference for Python) – Mandatory

• Hands-on engineering experience building with Generative AI, Autonomous AI Agents, LLM orchestration frameworks, or Agentic workflows (Skills, Tools, MCPs) – Mandatory

• Technical leadership experience leading an engineering squad or team (prior experience managing an Infrastructure / Platform / Core team is highly preferred; leadership does not strictly need to be from the most recent role) – Mandatory

• Deep, hands-on expertise in Cloud-Native ecosystems: Public Cloud (AWS/GCP), Kubernetes, Microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and Developer Experience (DevX) – Mandatory

• Proven background architecting and scaling production systems handling High Scale and Low Latency throughput – Mandatory

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline – Mandatory

• Strong communicative, collaborative, and people-management capabilities paired with deep architectural problem-solving skills – Mandatory

• Background in the Cybersecurity domain – Advantage
