AI Solutions Specialist | Leading Healthcare Organization | Sharon Area

A leading healthcare organization in the Sharon Area is looking for an AI Solutions Specialist to implement practical AI solutions and integrate AI technologies into business processes.

This is a hands-on role combining AI, Automation, AI Agents, Low-Code solutions, workflows, and business process implementation, from identifying relevant use cases through implementation and user adoption.

What You'll Do

• Identify and define high-value AI use cases based on business needs

• Support AI initiatives from initial need identification through implementation and adoption

• Prioritize AI initiatives together with unit management

• Implement AI and Automation solutions using enterprise and Low-Code tools

• Design and build AI Agents and automated workflows for business processes

• Work hands-on with AI tools such as Copilot and similar technologies

• Work with APIs and integrations to connect systems and AI solutions

• Support users and teams in adopting AI tools as part of their daily workflows

• Collaborate with the organization's AI Center of Excellence on standards, support, and advanced solutions

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field – required

• 2+ years of experience leading Digital or Technology projects – required

• Experience developing or implementing AI and/or Automation solutions – required

• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Copilot, AI Agents, or similar technologies

• Experience designing business processes and translating them into practical solutions

• Basic coding capabilities and technical understanding of APIs and integrations

• Product-oriented mindset and ability to take ownership of processes end-to-end

• Experience working with users and supporting the adoption of new technologies

Nice to Have

• Experience with Low-Code platforms

• Experience designing or building complex AI Agents or automated workflows

• Experience working in a large Enterprise organization or complex technology environment
