About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced AI Strategy Lead to shape and drive our organization’s AI vision. In this strategic role, you will identify high-impact business opportunities, translate them into AI-powered solutions, and lead their implementation from concept to execution, delivering measurable business value across the organization.

• Define and lead the organization’s AI strategy, including building a multi-year roadmap for AI products, capabilities, and strategic initiatives.

• Identify and prioritize AI opportunities by evaluating business value, ROI, technical feasibility, and organizational impact.

• Partner closely with senior leadership, business units, technology teams, and external stakeholders to drive AI adoption and execution.

• Establish governance frameworks covering AI ethics, information security, privacy, regulatory compliance, and responsible AI practices.

• Develop organizational AI capabilities through methodologies, best practices, training programs, and successful enterprise-wide adoption.

• Define KPIs, measurement frameworks, monitoring processes, and performance metrics to maximize business impact.

• Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies, market trends, and innovations, recommending new capabilities aligned with business needs.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, technology project management with business implementation, or leading innovation and digital transformation initiatives within a large organization.

• Hands-on experience with AI tools and leading end-to-end AI initiatives- from ideation through implementation and measurable business value- a significant advantage.

• Background in consulting, business strategy, or organizational transformation- a significant advantage.

• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives in a matrix organization and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.

• Strong strategic and business mindset combined with excellent technological understanding.

• High level of curiosity, self-learning ability, and passion for innovation.
