AI Systems Analyst and Project Manager | Gush Dan

Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring an AI Systems Analyst and Project Manager for a leading organization in the Gush Dan area.

The role combines systems analysis and technology project management in the AI domain, from understanding business and clinical needs through development and implementation.

Responsibilities:

Analyzing business and clinical needs and translating them into technological requirements for AI solutions

Defining processes, data, use cases, and acceptance criteria

Writing detailed requirements documents and development submission documents

Working with clients and multiple stakeholders across the organization to understand challenges and needs

Prioritizing requirements and providing solutions to issues arising from the field

Working closely with development teams and vendors

Collaborating with information security, hardware infrastructure, and communications teams

Defining tasks and monitoring their execution and progress

Coordinating between multiple stakeholders throughout the project

Providing status reports to stakeholders and clients

Understanding system architecture, components, and behind-the-scenes processes while maintaining a strong understanding of business processes and client needs

Requirements:

At least 6 years of experience in systems analysis, including 2 years of experience managing technology projects in the AI domain

Experience in matrix management, driving employees and tasks, and coordinating work across multiple stakeholders simultaneously

Experience working with information security, hardware infrastructure, and communications

Background and experience with healthcare systems

Strong technical understanding of systems, including the ability to understand system architecture, components, and behind-the-scenes processes
