AI Systems Analyst & Project Manager - 243795

A leading healthcare organization in Israel is looking for an experienced Systems Analyst and Project Manager to lead a new AI platform supporting thousands of users.

You will work with business and clinical stakeholders to understand needs, set priorities, and translate complex requirements into scalable technology solutions. The role includes end-to-end ownership, from system analysis and specification through development, testing, and implementation.

What you’ll do

Define business, clinical, and technical requirements for AI solutions.

Map processes, data sources, integrations, use cases, and acceptance criteria.

Write detailed system and development specifications.

Lead project plans, priorities, dependencies, and delivery.

Work closely with development teams, vendors, information security, infrastructure, QA, and training teams.

Track execution and communicate progress to project stakeholders.

What we’re looking for

6+ years of combined experience in systems analysis and technology project management.

At least 1.5 years of meaningful experience leading complex AI projects.

Strong experience translating business needs into clear technical requirements.

Solid understanding of system architecture, integrations, data flows, and backend processes.

Experience working with development teams and managing cross-functional delivery.

Excellent communication, organization, and independent decision-making skills.

Relevant academic background in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent qualifications.

Experience with healthcare or clinical systems is an advantage.
