AI Lead – SAP & Enterprise Systems

We’re looking for an AI Lead to lead the design and development of enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions, with strong experience in SAP environments.

This is an AI-focused role for someone who understands how to connect LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications - while working closely with SAP as a core business system.

What you’ll do • Lead the architecture and hands-on development of AI and Generative AI solutions.

• Build solutions using LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, MCP, APIs, and external AI services.

• Integrate AI platforms with SAP, enterprise applications, data platforms, and cloud services.

• Take AI initiatives from PoC to secure, scalable production solutions.

• Evaluate SAP and non-SAP technologies according to business and technical needs.

• Work with SAP, Data, Cloud, Architecture, Security, and business teams.

• Provide technical leadership and mentor developers.

What we’re looking for • Hands-on experience developing AI or Generative AI solutions.

• Experience with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, APIs, and enterprise integrations.

• Strong development background in Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar technologies.

• 3+ years of SAP development experience.

• Strong hands-on ABAP development experience – mandatory.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP integrations.

• Broad architectural thinking and the ability to design end-to-end solutions.

• Experience leading technical activities or mentoring developers.
