Are you ready to redefine how brand storytelling looks in the age of generative AI? Mylo isn't just another dating app. It's an AI matchmaker built to find love — and we need a visionary AI Video Creator to craft high-performing, hyper-engaging video content that captures hearts and dominates feeds. Based in the heart of Tel Aviv, we're a dynamic startup with big dreams and an even bigger mission. Following a successful launch, we are gearing up for a massive U.S. expansion. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will blend cutting-edge AI video tools with classic visual storytelling to scale Mylo’s global presence.
What You'll Do
• Generate & Direct AI Content: Utilize advanced generative AI tools (Sora, Runway, Pika, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion) to produce high-concept video assets, cinematic ads, and social content.
• Edit & Polish: Combine AI-generated visuals with traditional video editing, color grading, motion graphics, and sound design to output production-ready video assets.
• Iterate for Performance: Work closely with the Growth team to produce high-converting ad creatives, testing different visual hooks, narratives, and formats for paid channels.
• Build Visual Lore: Shape Mylo's visual identity across video, creating consistent AI avatars, aesthetic themes, and memorable visual language.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously experiment with emerging generative video and audio tools to keep Mylo at the forefront of AI content creation.
Who You Are
• Experienced: A strong portfolio or showreel showcasing production-grade video content, with explicit examples of AI-assisted video workflows — this one’s required, not optional.
• A Prompting & Generative Master: Deep, hands-on fluency with leading AI video and image generators, understanding how to control style, character consistency, and motion.
• A Master Storyteller & Editor: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve, with a sharp eye for pacing, hook-driven editing, and audio design.
• Growth & Trend Minded: You understand what makes people stop scrolling on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts, and how to turn visual ideas into user conversion.
• A Startup Operator: You take extreme ownership, produce content fast, and navigate ambiguity with ease in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points: Experience with ComfyUI, custom LoRA training, 3D workflow integration (Blender/Cinema4D), voice cloning/AI audio synthesis (ElevenLabs), or creating viral organic social campaigns.
