The office is located in the Sharon area.
Role Description-
• Serving as a Senior System & Algorithms Engineer, leading the end-to-end research, algorithmic formulation, and architectural design of advanced 3D radar and electromagnetic imaging platforms.
• Architecting complex multidisciplinary systems, bridging electromagnetic physical-layer dynamics with algorithmic pipelines and embedded software implementations.
• Developing and optimizing state-of-the-art radar signal processing and imaging algorithms, from mathematical modeling and simulation through to system integration and field testing.
• Conducting comprehensive RF system analysis, including Link Budget calculations, noise figure characterization, dynamic range optimization, and antenna array interactions.
• Implementing and profiling performance-critical algorithms in C/C++ within Linux environments.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with RF hardware designers, embedded engineers, and physicists, while technically guiding project milestones and system verification phases.
Requirements-

• 7+ years of proven hands-on experience in R&D of complex multidisciplinary systems – Mandatory
• Proven hands-on track record in the development and integration of Radar systems – Mandatory
• Solid technical proficiency in algorithm development and advanced Digital Signal Processing (DSP) – Mandatory
• Deep theoretical and practical understanding of RF systems and communication channels (Link Budget, noise analysis, antennas, RF front-ends) – Mandatory
• Strong programming background in C/C++ on Linux environments – Mandatory
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in fluent English – Mandatory
• In-depth knowledge of antenna design, wave propagation, EM scattering, and radiation patterns – Significant Advantage
