• Flexibility Note: While 3+ years of experience is preferred, we can be highly flexible for exceptionally strong candidates.

• Work Environment: Hybrid (up to 2 days of working from home) available only after the completion of the onboarding/training period.

Locations (Flexible): Leshem / Jerusalem / Hadera (Site location can be tailored to accommodate exceptional candidates).

Role Overview: We are seeking an Algorithm Engineer to design, implement, and test advanced algorithms for mission-critical systems of national importance. As part of our R&D teams, you will tackle complex challenges in signal processing, inertial navigation, sensor fusion, optimization, estimation, and the integration of AI/Machine Learning capabilities. In this role, you will hold end-to-end ownership of the algorithmic component—from analyzing system requirements to implementation, V&V (Verification & Validation), and performance proof.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop advanced algorithms from initial concept to full implementation.

• Solve complex mathematical, statistical, and algorithmic problems.

• Implement algorithms in code, integrate with existing codebases, and expand current software systems.

• Collaborate effectively with software, system engineering, and research teams.

• Investigate, refine, and optimize existing solutions.

• Integrate AI and Machine Learning technologies as required by project needs.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in algorithm development (flexible for standout candidates).

• Significant, hands-on experience in C++.

• Proficiency in MATLAB and/or Python.

• Proven experience in one or more of the following core domains:

• Signal Processing

• Inertial Navigation Systems (INS)

• Sensor Fusion

• Estimation

• High analytical capabilities, rapid self-learning skills, and a proven ability to solve complex problems independently.

Advantages:

• Experience in Computer Vision / Machine Learning.
