המשרה המקורית · נשמר לעיוןA breakthrough international company is looking for an Algorithm Team Leader to lead a team of engineers working on advanced signal-processing and algorithmic solutions, from concept and simulation through product implementation.
What you'll do:
🔹 Lead and mentor a team of Algorithm Engineers
🔹 Define technical direction and drive the algorithm roadmap
🔹 Develop advanced algorithms in Signal Processing, Beamforming, Spatial Filtering and Localization
🔹 Perform IQ analysis, digital filter design and end-to-end simulations
🔹 Collaborate closely with ASIC, FPGA and Software teams
🔹 Take part in cross-functional design reviews within a multidisciplinary R&D environment
What we're looking for:
✔️ 5+ years of experience in algorithm development
✔️ Strong background in Signal Processing and Communication Systems
✔️ Hands-on experience with IQ analysis, digital filters and spatial filtering
✔️ Experience with Beamforming algorithms
✔️ Leadership experience or proven technical leadership capabilities
✔️ M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering / Communications / Signal Processing
